Welcome to KELYROS. These terms apply to your use of kelyros.com and purchases from our store. Questions can be sent to support@kelyros.com.

Using our store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement in your location, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. Do not use the store for unlawful activities, interfere with its operation or misuse another person's information.

Products and information

We offer beauty products and accessories. Review the product description, size, shade, directions and any ingredient or safety information before ordering. Screen settings can affect the appearance of colors. Images used to illustrate the KELYROS brand are editorial images; the product listing identifies the item offered for sale. We do not promise a particular cosmetic result. This does not limit your right to receive products that match their description.

Prices and payment

Store prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed during checkout before you place your order. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion charges if your account uses another currency. Prices and availability may change for future orders.

Orders

After you order, we send an order acknowledgment. We may contact you if there is a stock issue, pricing error, payment problem or information we need to fulfill your order. We will not increase the price of an existing order without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund payment for the unfulfilled items. Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order; changes may no longer be possible after dispatch.

Delivery and returns

Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds page for further information. If an order is delayed or arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact support@kelyros.com with your order number so we can help. Any return conditions for a change of mind do not restrict rights you have for faulty, unsafe or misdescribed goods.

Beauty product use

Follow the product's directions and warnings, check ingredients where available and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep products out of reach of children unless specifically intended for them. Product descriptions are not medical advice and products are not offered as a diagnosis or treatment for a medical condition.

Site content and third-party services

Do not copy or commercially reuse our original website content without permission or a legal basis to do so. Third-party names and rights remain with their respective owners. Our store uses Shopify and may link to third-party services whose own terms and privacy practices apply to their services.

Consumer rights and responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees in Australia and consumer protection rights in the United States and Canada. We do not exclude responsibility where doing so would be unlawful. Applicable mandatory laws in your location continue to apply.

Privacy and updates

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. We may update these terms for future use of the store. The version applicable when you place an order will apply to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
