30-day request window

You may request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unused beyond reasonable inspection and complete with original components and packaging. Opened hygiene-sensitive beauty goods may be non-returnable unless faulty, unsafe or misdescribed.

Shipping and refunds

Return-shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return, the authorization provided and applicable law; the written return instructions will confirm it before dispatch. If an item is confirmed defective, damaged in transit or materially different from the order, KELYROS will cover reasonable return shipping or provide another appropriate remedy. After receipt, inspection and approval, the refund is processed to the original method within 5 business days; provider posting time is additional.
