Processing and transit

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated transit time is 5–15 business days after dispatch and is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Destinations and rates

Available destinations are those offered at checkout. Shipping is based on the discounted merchandise subtotal before tax and shipping: below USD 36 costs USD 6; USD 36 or more receives free shipping.

Tracking, customs and addresses

Tracking is sent when available. Review the full delivery address before ordering. Destination duties or customs charges not collected at checkout are the recipient’s responsibility.

Lost parcels and delays

Email the order number, tracking number and delivery details to support@kelyros.com. After the carrier confirms a loss, KELYROS dispatches a free replacement within 3 business days. Events beyond reasonable control may delay delivery without a fixed compensation promise. Where an attributable operational error causes delay, we will provide an appropriate remedy without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
