Delivery availability and charges

Preparing your order

Use a complete, accurate address and an email address you can access. Contact support@kelyros.com promptly if an address needs correction. Changes may no longer be possible once an order has been dispatched.

Timing and updates

Any delivery estimate provided for your order is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise. Customs processing, carrier disruptions and local conditions can affect delivery. If you need an item for a particular date, contact us before ordering to check the available information.

If we cannot dispatch within a stated timeframe or the timeframe required by applicable law, we will notify you and provide the choices required by law, including cancellation and a refund where applicable. Contact us with your order number if you need a delivery update.

International orders

Delivery problems

If your parcel is missing, damaged, incorrect or incomplete, email support@kelyros.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of damaged items or packaging can help us investigate when available. We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with applicable consumer rights.
